This super 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located in the resort centre, right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Spacious both inside and out, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being close to all the resort has to offer.The villa has an open-plan living and dining area, with widescreen TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a w/c on this floor.
Upstairs, the villa features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and 1 with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom. A large and sunny balcony area can be accessed from the main bedroom.
Outside, the villa has a large and well-kept garden and pool area, surrounded by trees for privacy. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and outside dining. The swimming pool has roman steps making it easily accessible. Free WI-FI and satellite TV are available and the villa has air-conditioning throughout.
